Here at Techvera, we're on a mission - to turn IT into the ultimate business asset. In order to focus on this vision, we'll be phasing out our consumer/residential-oriented services at the end of this year.
We are referring our home clients to Nick's Computer Services. Techvera CEO, Reese Ormand, has known and worked with Nick for nearly a decade. We are completely confident that he will provide our residential clients with the reliable, quality service they expect. Nick has been in business for eight years, and focuses entirely on consumer support. This allows him to offer convenient, specialized service at an even lower cost than you’re used to at Techvera.
We will continue providing in-store and on-site residential work until Wednesday, December 27th, 2017. After that date, all consumer requests will be referred to Nick. Please see below for his contact information.

I have a warranty with Techvera, who will be responsible for it after this change?
Techvera will continue to honor and service all outstanding warrantied hardware, software, or work after December 27th.
I purchased ESET/Carbonite/other software through Techvera, who should I go to for questions or renewals?
Nick Woods will handle all software needs after December 27th. He will gladly take care of any issues, questions, or renewal services for ESET and other subscription software.
I am a flat-rate business client of Techvera, will you continue to service my home technology?
Yes - Techvera will continue to provide home service to all flat-rate clients with agreements covering home technology support.
